Where can I find the instructions for my product?

Choose your product in the guides below for use, care and disposal information. Always follow the instructions on the pack you have.

How do I get help with an existing order?

Start with your order history and the seller that handled your purchase for delivery, returns or refunds. For a product question, email support@phd-living.com with the product name and a short description.

Can I flush a towel, mat, liner or laundry sheet?

No. Do not flush any of these products. Follow the product label and your local waste guidance after use.

Can I put food-scrap liners in my local collection bin?

Check your collection service's current rules and the product label. Some programs accept particular compostable liners; others do not. Do not put a liner in home compost unless the exact product and your system are suitable.

Does a laundry dye-catcher replace sorting?

No. Follow garment labels and separate colors where required. Use the sheet according to its own instructions.

What should I include with a product question?

Tell us the product name, the country you are in and what you need help with. For a quality concern, include the lot or batch number if available and relevant photos. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents.

Can I contact you about a creator or business project?

Yes. Email support@phd-living.com with your channel or company details, the products involved and your proposal. Any collaboration or supply terms are agreed separately.
